Delivery

After the payment is well-received, we will confirm the delivery to your email or make a call (if you don't receive any reply from us within 24 hrs, pls call us immediately for faster service) ;

1. By postal service

-  If you inform us before 15.00, the goods will be delivered in that day. After 15.00, the goods will be sent in the next day.

-  Only for the EMS service, we will email you the tracking number of 13 digits in order to trace with the postal service via http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/Default.aspx?lang=en.   

-  Bangkok area and surroundings, customer is expected to get the goods within 1-2 days.

-  Upcountry area, customer is expected to get the goods within 5-7 days.

-  If you don't get the goods within approximate time, pls call us for faster check up, thank you.

2. Door to door / messenger

We will call you to make the appointment.
